Tribal Council Empty Tribal Council

There has now been a new group and set of forums "Tribal Council". If you are part of the "Tribal Council" you will be added to the group by the tribe leader or admin(JBird608) if you are found to be part of the "Tribal Council". The "Tribal Council" forums are not seeable by anyone but the tribe leaders and selceted members!
